My Experience

I founded DM SEE Condo Management in 2025 after two-and-a-half years as president of a newly established condominium board navigating its sponsorship transfer. After experiencing firsthand the challenges of working with two management companies, I decided to create a firm focused on providing responsive, hands-on management.

I have served in various roles on building boards since 1995 and understand the time, responsibility, and challenges that come with being a volunteer board member.

In 2021, I became president of a newly constructed Brooklyn condominium. When management fell short, I took matters into my own hands—organizing the sponsorship transfer, finding reliable local vendors, and ensuring the building was properly maintained.

That experience gave me invaluable practical knowledge and a strong network of trusted professionals. I continue to expand my expertise through NYC building management conferences and my membership in the Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums (CNYC).
